Fully Manged HMO
This is ideal for busy landlords/investors. This service is Charged at 10% Plus VAT of the monthly rent collected (12% including VAT).
This service includes:

✓ Conduct Viewings
✓ Comprehensive Referencing of tenants and guarantors (Including right to rent checks and affordability criteria)
✓ Prepare and sign Tenancy agreement
✓ Tenancy check-in and key handover
✓ Security deposit registration (DPS Custodial)
✓ Collection and payment of rent
✓ Financial statements on a monthly basis
✓ Repairs and maintenance completion (In-house maintenance team)
