This is ideal for landlords who want to manage the HMO Property themselves. This service is charged at 50% Plus VAT (60% Including VAT) of the Gross Monthly Rent.

Rent Assist (Rent Collection Only)

Hassle-free rent collection, monthly peace of mind.

This service is ideal for landlords who are happy to manage repairs and tenant relations but want help collecting rent. This service is charged at 8% Plus VAT (9.6% Including VAT) of the monthly rent collected.
